I love to travel, and I likewise enjoy traveling alone. Traveling alone allows me to reflect, appreciate, and dream more. I am alone for the first day on this 5-day Korea trip. It never worries me traveling alone as I will have more time to do whatever I want to do, go to the places I wanna go without hesitation.
Whenever I visit a new place, one of the things that I would like to do is to look at their history, culture and other similar stuff. This allows me to better understand the people, the place, and everything around me. Thus, one of the first places I visited right after I took off the plane is “War Memorial of Korea.”
This place is located in 29, Itaewon-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It opens at 9AM and is free of admission fee. 🙂 This is closed though during Monday, thus make sure you that you will visit this place on any day except Monday.
