I’m 100% decided to do full marathon by July 31, 2011 – in time for Milo Marathon elimination. I tried to browse over marathon training programs, and have come up with my own program. I was not able to track prior weeks/months actual running mileage, but I commit myself to track all my mileage and compare it vs. my target mileage per week. My goal is to finish my first full marathon in less than 5 hours! 🙂 tough goal! I know! But I can do it!
I’m definite that this will be a life changing experience to me. Physical and mental preparation are definitely necessary for this event. I will cross the finish line full of smiles and proud!
