My vegetable salad contains lettuce, apple, carrot, raisins, and spanish style-tuna flakes. You may add walnut, dried mangoes or anyhing that you desire.

I am so proud of my vinaigrette! 3 parts olive oil to 1.5 part cane vinegar to 1.5 part dijon mustard, honey (sugar), salt, pepper, and garlic powder!
