My official chip time: 1 hr 47 mins and 17 seconds for my first and longest run. I ran 3k on Leg 1 of the Runrio Trilogy, 5k on Leg 2, and a few days ago, 15k on Leg 3. I confess that I never liked running until I joined Leg 1 of Runrio Trilogy. Thanks to my running friends – Reggie, Donna, and Marj; who invited me to join Leg 1 of the Trilogy which happened last February. My motivating factor wasn’t actually to run, but to see Derek Ramsey (as he is the lead endorser of the Century Tuna Run – Runrio Leg Trilogy 1).
Despite blisters on my toes, black and ‘dead’ toe nails, muscle pains, I will still continue to run. My goal in Q1 next year is to join half marathon in Condura’s running event. The fulfillment that I feel after each run is just so overwhelming. It’s really endorphins overload!
Here are some pictures that proves that the law of diminishing marginal utility does not apply to runners. The more we run, the more we want to run faster and cover longer distance!

Kudos to Runrio, to Coach Rio dela Cruz for a successful event. I have been part of his Runrio Trilogy and I certainly commend their outstanding performance in organizing running event.
