I thought of monitoring what I eat by taking pictures of the food I eat on every meal of each day. This way, I can do a post-audit if the food that I ate are healthy or not. I’m really not a health buff nor “super freak” with regards to my health. This is just one way for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Let me start with what I ate last night. Uh oh.. this is not healthy… Last night I ate scrambled egg, luncheon meat, and ~ 1 and 1/2 cups of rice.
My breakfast a few minutes ago is bread with strawberry jam & butter. I consumed two slices of bread and I am currently sippping a cup of coffee.
